“I want to make a difference! What does it take?”

The Plan

Can you read English and speak it clearly?
Can you smile with an adult from another culture?
Can you volunteer for a two-hour class per week? For six weeks?

Encourage adult refugee students as they learn to speak English using computer programs such as Rosetta Stone.

Experience transformation in your own life and the students’ lives as you get to know and enrich each other! See how this works!

Classes are held at 35th Ave & Dunlap in Phoenix, AZ

Mondays, Thursdays 9:00-11:00am; 11:00am-1:00pm;  6:00-8:00pm
Tuesdays, Saturdays 9:00-11:00am; 11:00am-1:00pm

Also during class, one of our Abounding Service leaders will initiate group conversation, teach a short lesson with vocabulary in a biblical context, and ask questions from the U.S. citizenship test.
